I want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank Tim from Louis Mechanical Contractors for his exceptional service. He came to my residence to repair my tankless water heater, and I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and passion for his work. Tim took the time to explain the entire process to me in detail and even provided some helpful service tips to ensure my water heater stays in great condition. His professionalism and dedication to his craft did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Tim, for your outstanding service!

Revision 01-28-25 I cannot express my gratitude to Louis Mechanical for installing a new hot water heater in my attic the day BEFORE the 2025 blizzard! Jennifer was correct, the cozy warm bath in my big tub was WONDERFUL. I didn't think it was a big deal dealing with only warm water for a few more days BUT, I WAS WRONG. The hot water heater is wonderful, THE TEAM sent to install was also WONDERFUL. Fifty years of A++++ service, I so appreciate and trust Louis Mechanical. Please let the team know. I moved to Baton Rouge in 1974 and Louis Mechanical has been bailing me out of plumbing problems since 1974 (WOW I have grown old using this awesome company). I am so impressed with their service and recommend them whenever anyone has a need for reliable plumbing services. I am fixing to call them to service my 91 yr. old mothers home knowing they will be prompt, courteous, friendly and clean up after they are done. Even the small jobs like ours get top notch service. Louis Mechanical thanks for 40+ years of AWESOME A+ service.

We were impressed with the degree of professionalism we have seen with the employees at Louis Mechanical. In the last 6 months we have have used this company for two different issues.. Each and every employee that came to our home showed respect for our property, kept us informed of the progress, completed the repairs to our total satisfaction and left the work area in pristine condition. We have used several plumbers in the last 20 years and these people are head and shoulders above their competition. We were also kept informed of the schedule and were always made aware of the their arrival timing. They showed up on time for every appointment. Fantastic. Believe me we will be singing the praises of Louis Mechanical and their employees to anyone who is looking for a plumber. We are happy knowing if we have more plumbing issues - hopefully not - we at least know who to call and know that it will be done right. We are extremely happy customers !!!

I have been a customer for over 40 years. They are competent and skilled. Recently, I had a severe sink leak and all appointments were taken, but when a cancellation occurred, Jennifer was able to send the workers to me. They were pleasant and skillful. And Jennifer was very helpful---even telling me where and how to turn off the water supply. Thanks, Louis Mechanical!

Louis Mechanical was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Tab and Tim came out and were fantastic. Not just because they successfully cleared our main line out (and found my clean-out buried under roots), but because they were friendly, pleasant, informative...all around the best plumbing call I could have expected. Will absolutely call again when I need a plumber and recommend to friends.

I was so impressed with Louis Mechanical! After a pipe burst in the freeze, they were able to quickly assess and repair the damage. I received three quotes on the phone from different companies, and I will say Louis Mechanical was the only HONEST one who did not take advantage of the unique freeze situation. Their "call out" fee was HUNDREDS less than the others I called. The communication between their office staff and myself was also FANTASTIC. It felt like you were dealing with family or friends. I will never use another plumber again.

Don't waste your time with this company because the support staff is an embarrassment. Multiple attempts to schedule an appointment were ignored or deferred. I was finally able to schedule an appointment after my third call over a two day window, only to have it subsequently cancelled by the company. I missed a call from them the afternoon before my appointment. They did not leave a voicemail or try to reach me again. I returned the call two business hours later, but they had already cancelled my appointment because they "couldn't reach me".

Louis Mechanical has been my plumber of choice since becoming a home owner. Being that I own an older house, LM is very conscientious of telling me about preventative maintenance and working within my budget. One of their technicians in particular, Tim, has been very helpful, and straightforward with the assessments on what can be done to fix the plumbing and time/effort that it will take.
